Our client has a long term project for a experienced Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will process new orders, adjust pre-existing orders, respond to daily calls from clients, and answer their questions, requests and inquiries. This position entails strong problem resolution and critical thinking skills. This individual will participate in a call center team oriented environment focusing on proactive order management, improving processes, supporting field sales/process partners and exceeding client expectations. Qualifications: Analyze and interpret problems and devise solutions Work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Demonstrated ability to multi-task and successfully manage detail-oriented work Ability to follow procedural guidelines to respond to and/or research customer background Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure accomplishing multiple tasks simultaneously
