Job ID: 11187 Job Description It is the duty and responsibility of the Customer Service Representative (CSR-order taker) to answer the phone promptly with a pleasant and accommodating tone of voice, take the customers order or orders in a detailed, timely and professional manner, and to record accurate delivery and product information on that order. The CSR will also promote "value-added" products and upon finishing the order will completely repeat the order back to the customer, give them a confirmation number, ask the customer about any future orders and finally, thank the customer for their order. CSR will also be responsible for negotiating delivery times with customers, be good problem solvers and most importantly, foster lasting business relations with the customers.
Required Skills Customer service experience required. Accurate typing skills and computer skills a requirement.
